Stratton Mills Recruitment is a specialist social care recruitment agency supporting Ofsted and CQC-regulated services across the UK. We are particularly experienced in working with children’s residential homes, where safeguarding, consistency and high-quality staffing are critical to positive outcomes.
We provide temporary, permanent and emergency recruitment solutions, working in close partnership
with providers to ensure staffing arrangements support safe, stable and compliant services.
